We have zero tolerance for fake accounts, money fraud, brokers, harassment and impersonation. If you see anything suspicious, please report it. Every report is handled in confidence.
What You Can Report
- Money demands or scams: anyone asking for money, travel costs, emergency funds, gifts or bank OTPs.
- Marriage brokers: commission agents, bureaus or middlemen running a matchmaking business.
- Fake or misleading profiles: hidden marriages, false age, education or job, or stolen photos.
- Harassment: abusive language, repeated unwanted contact, obscene messages or improper requests.
- Impersonation and privacy misuse: a profile made without the person's knowledge or consent, or misuse of photos.
- Dowry demands: any request for dowry or gifts as a condition for marriage.
- Under-age profiles: anyone below the legal marriage age in India (21 for men, 18 for women).
How to Report a Profile
- Note the Profile ID: copy the Profile ID (for example, BAB-XXXX) and name shown on the profile page.
- Keep the evidence: take screenshots of chats, call logs or money requests, and write a short note about what happened.
- Send it to us: use one of the options below.

Email: write to info@babubabuni.com with the subject line "Report Misuse – Profile ID BAB-XXXX".
On the website: use the Report option on the member's profile page.
What Happens After You Report
- Acknowledgement within 24 hours: we confirm that we have received your complaint.
- Precautionary hold: the reported profile may be restricted while we look into it.
- Action: if the profile breaks our rules, it is permanently removed and the number is blocked on our platform.
- Escalation: serious cases such as fraud, identity theft or harassment are reported to the cyber crime authorities.
- Your privacy: your identity is never shared with the person you reported.
