- No brokers or bureaus: marriage brokers, commercial agencies, commission-based consultants and agents may not register, collect member data or operate on the platform.
- No false information or impersonation: fake details, fake photos, forged documents, a false marital status or false family identity are not allowed.
- Action: misuse of member data, scams, impersonation or commercial use lead to immediate, permanent account termination without notice, and may be reported to law enforcement and cyber crime authorities under Indian law.
3. Who Can Register
- Legal marriage age: you must be of legal marriage age under Indian law (21 years for men, 18 years for women) at the time of registration.
- Marital status: you must be single, divorced (with a court decree) or widowed. Married persons may not use the platform.
